Processing Time


Each pair of our custom luxury shoes is handcrafted with precision and care. Please allow 10–21 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or for specialty designs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time


We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected delivery speed.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days after production

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days after production

Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & International Duties


International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Shipping Carriers


We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on your region and the service selected.

Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
